Directions: Take one capsule with 8 oz water 10 minutes before meals.  Do not exceed a maximum of 3 capsules per day. 

CAUTIONS: Use of alpha-amylase and alpha- glucosidase inhibitors can result in quantities of undigested starch and sugars passing into the large intestine, where they may be broken down by gut microflora.
